Brebirousse d'Argental


Named "Red Sheep" for its annatto dyed rind, this cheese is an incredibly decadent and rich sheeps milk bloomy rind. The orange exterior frames a velvety and slightly runny central paste. The flavor is overall mild, although the sheep's milk certainly makes its presence well known. Striking to both the eyes and palate this cheese is sure to be an exciting addition for cheese novices and aficionados alike
